sexual contact is enough already to remove the nasty that builds up inside of a zit. the friction and rubbing. the puss shouldnt be in there at all. if your not sexual active then it might be best to experiment on yourself. pinching and pulling them out yourself.Do you need medical help to remove blackheads/acne from your penis?
If the condition/symptom is related to something dermatological or allergic in nature and requires a prescription of some sort to treat the same, then: Yes.
Otherwise: No.
Never of my life have i heard about blackheads on a penis.Are you sure that it is not a case of crabs?
