Noxzema pads work very well. But if you don't want to spend any money, you can wash your face everynight and morning with a warm washcloth, followed by a cold washcloth. get some biore strips. There are also zit poppers out there. Some work better than others. They look kind of like tweezers, but they have openings on both ends. They apply pressure around the area you want to pop or get a blackhead out. Personally, the ones that work best are the ones that are completely circular on both ends. The ones that look like some sort of oval or remind me of a mini version of the dog catcher's leash don't work as well.
Go to dermatologist. but while waiting for your appointment, get gauze pad put spirit/alcohol it should start going down, and away.

Steam your face to open the pores, then don't squeeze them out by pushing the skin together, get them out by pulling the skin where the blackhead is. They should just slide out.
Avon sells a little tool that costs like 2 bucks and it has two sides one for black heads and one for white heads and you just lightly rub it iver the black or white head and it cleans it off your skin

Those blackhead strips do not work on blackheads. Take a hot shower so your pores open up and wax your nose right after. Waxing your nose will definitely pull out all the blackheads.
