How can I remove blackheads?

What can I do to remove blackhead and get clearer skin? How can I remove blackheads?
Though the best way to remove blackheads is an area of contention, the most common method for getting rid of blackheads is to gently squeeze them. Removing the “stuff” inside of the blackhead helps the skin because you are relieving the pressure which causes the damage. We know it can be nearly impossible to leave a blemish alone so here are some tips for gentle blackhead removal:

Use a mild scrub or exfoliant to remove any dead cells and expose the blackhead.

Pat your face dry.

Place a slightly warm compress on your face for approximately 10-15 minutes in order to soften the blackhead, making it easier to remove.

Pat your face dry again.

Place a piece of tissue on the tip of each finger to avoid slipping, which could tear the skin and cause further damage.

Gently apply even pressure to both sides of the blackhead by pushing down, then up around the blemish. You’re trying to apply the pressure from *underneath* the blackhead. How can I remove blackheads?
Don't eat greasy or processed foods. You may want to get a facial every six weeks with extractions. Also, to keep your face soft, you can put on an avocado and egg white mask, and leave it on for about half an hour to 45 mins, plus you should buy the nose strips in the beginning. Exfoliate with facial scrub once a week, and don't mix products. Try Burt's bees products, CLINIque, or Aveeno; They contain no fragrances or alcohols that make your face red. It also depends on your skin type, so get a professional opinion. Keep your face protected with day creams and moisturizers during the day, and put something on at night, so that the germs from your pillow don't attack your face.
OK...A blackhead is a clogged skin pore, that is basically a sebaceous (oil) gland, that got clogged with dirt, or flaking skin, and the oil, which is continuously secreted, has oxidized, and thus turns BLACK. I, personally, don't have a problem ';popping'; blackheads, and then I clean my skin well with a good cleanser (ie. noxema, Stridex, or similar.) Many people say that Stidex dries their skin out too much (it contains benzoyl peroxide), but then use a good moisturizing lotion, that specifically says ';WILL NOT CLOG YOUR PORES';. Those blackhead ';sucker'; things DO NOT work. And some blackhead are just in places that you can't get to, (ie. in the inside of the ear), so using some witch hazel, or isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) on a Q-Tip, and cleaning the OUTSIDE of your ear canal. DO NOT PUT A Q-TIP in your ear canal. YOU can easily pierce your eardrum (tympanic membrane) and then the PAIN...and I MEAN PAIN comes. A dermatologist can prescribe something for you, but if you keep your pores clean, over time, the pores will shrink (become less noticeable), and less likely to become clogged with dirt and oil.
There are blackhead removers sold at most pharmacy make-up area.

Don't use your fingers to take them out, no matter how tempted.

In terms of clearer skin, you have to test products out yourself since your skin will react differently to different products. Wash your face at least twice a day, don't touch your face with your hands, and use good oil free lotions.
