I'm always squezzing blackheads,whiteheads, and spots and it always leaves a scab hard to get rid of.?

I find it so hard not to squeeze these things but it's bit of an addiction. Any ideas on how to help get rid of these scabs.I'm always squezzing blackheads,whiteheads, and spots and it always leaves a scab hard to get rid of.?
ook i do that all the time and really you dont need much to stop


1. dont pick at zits cuz those can spread and cause more zits


2. use this black head minimizing scrub by noxizema [sp]


use it every day


3.find a good toner to tighten your pores


4. dont use foundation its way to heavy


5. try to only pick the really big ones that look like they are going to pop soon


6. if when you start picking at it and it doesnt pop right away then stop cuz those give you the scabs

stop squeezing them-....try washing your face with a fresh cream or something and you麓ll feel like is clean and won麓t feel so needy to swueeze them
try not too pop them so hard next time. little pops leave smaller scars. good luck!!
Stop picking at your face
well first you need to get a regimen...


1. Pick a day to primp


2. you will need the following,hot towels,water,wash cloths,and a good astringent.


Do the following.


steam face for about 10/15 minutes...then place hot towels on face ..until cool, then repeat two to three times. Then wrap the two fingers that you use to squeeze with a cloth or tissue,, and lightly squeeze the black heads out. after doing so wash face and use the wash clothe as an exfoliating cloth.


wash face with cool water and apply the toner.I use Loreal and love it.


. Pick a day or two a week, and do it slowly.


Try to buy a blackhead and pore cleanser for taking care of those problem areas.


Use a retinol, or retin A product to keep your face exfoliated, that in turn will keep the dead cells from clogging and irritating your skin.....Alfa hydroxy (brand) has very good products that will take care of your skin. It has a 10% golic acid, that gives slight skin peels everyday, and removes the dead skins cells, that make you have pimples and black heads in the first place.


If you take care of your skin you'll have less a problem with black heads and anything else for that matter.
