Use a toner after you wash your face. Neutrogena and Clean %26amp; Clear both have good options.





You could also try squeezing them out? Put a washcloth under hot running water and press it on your nose, it'll open up your pores. Try squeezing out your whiteheads and blackheads but don't be too harsh because then you'll just break your skin and it could bleed and scab.
There is certain face wash %26amp; cleansers for exactly that. But if you don't want to buy anything, I suggest wetting a rag with hot/warm water then placing the rag over your nose for a couple minutes. (Hot water opens pores.) Then take the rag off pop them out like you would a pimple. The hot water would also be a good idea for face wash too though, because it would be more thorough. Good luck =)
