drink plenty of water and eat pretty healthy cuz fattening foods are bad for ur skin.Next,clean daily with a mild cleaner and exfoliate once a week.Whats a good way to stop getting pimples and blackheads?
wash your fash but not too hard...drink alot of water and stay away from sweets
Make sure your skin is clean and not oily or greasy, make sure you clean your skin good!
clean your face, use facial cleanser...
For me I went into a tanning booth twice a week for just a couple minutes, went on the birth control pill, and started a cleansing system (proactive $19.95US for kit off TV advertisement and they will mail it to you once a month). I had horrible acne!!! On my face and back and shoulders. One month of tanning to dry out the acne, the pill to control over active hormones that are a major cause in some people, and the proactive to cleanse my skin and pores and I was completely clear! It doesn't always matter about what you're eating. I have beautiful soft clear skin now and I couldn't be happier. These were all recommended by my doctor. Plus it really help to not work out with make up on and try to wear as little as possible to keep skin nice.
Never touch your face with your hands unless it is while washing.


Stay away from most soap and perfumed cleansers. Some people are allergic to that crap. When washing, don't use a rag, for it carries germs and dried laundry detergent. Find a non perfumed soap that doesn't cause discomfort. Any discomfort stimulates the nerves and causes a reaction like closing the pores over debris. Once irritated the pores won't open back up. Of course a healthy diet is good, but what is healthy? Don't overeat. exercise enough to sweat, then just rinse off with warm water, no soap or lotions. It is ok to rinse with cold water to close the pores if they are perfectly clean.
acne is not caused by dirt so just washing your face wont work but dairy products are believed to cause acne, exfoliating 1-2 times a week helps and dont wash your face more than 2 times a day as this could irritate the skin and make the acne worse or cause redness also washing it to often can dry out the skin causing it to produce more oil and make more pimples, drinking alot of water helps as it gets all the toxins that could cause acne out of your system and dont tan as tanning can help darken the oil in ur pores and create black heads also dont use anything with mineral oil in it as it will clog your pores
use products that are fragrance-free.. u can try clinique or origins. i tried origins spot remover.. and my pimples gets less and less until i cant notice it aNYMORE in the mirror.. its really good.. try it!

eat healthy foods and wash your face every day and maybe use a kind of acne overthe counter medicine like clean and clear or something like that and follow the directions on the back. it should work and if it doesnt and just gets worse and worse after a while, you should maybe see your dr and maybe he could perscribe you some med or something. ;)
