Since blackheads are dirt that is in bedded in the pores I would suggest that you use a scrub at least once a week. After the first one you should notice a difference. If you are female..you can still wear makeup..just make sure you wash your face throughly before going to bed.
Get the biore pore cleansing strips. It's kinda like glue on a strip that dries and pulls them all out when you peel it off. A little painful since it pulls hairs too, but it really works.
