biore face strips! you can get them from walgreens. you apply the adhesive strip to your face (they have instructions) and wait 15 minutes and then you gently rip it off. on a scale from 1 to 10, the pain is 1.5. after one application, i'd say 75% of blackheads are gone! then use face cleaner (with beads) daily to keep them away. i recommend clearsil blackhead/acne cleanser.
hope this helps! My blackheads wont go tried everything need help?
I think you may be in your teens because that would be very prevalent. The point is: you will not get rid of them entirely until you get a couple of years older because your generatic make-up decrees that your skin emits an oily substance that attracts black-heads.
The worst think you can do is to squeeze them. They may leave scars in your face which will be there all the way through the rest of your life. They will clear up eventually and your problem will be a thing of the past.
consult Dr Who he can close those port holes..or is it pore holes...?
I learned this trick from a former model.
After a hot shower or a face steam apply a paste of baking soda mixed w/water. Don't leave on more than 2 minutes max. It dissolves the blackhead. However if left on too long it burns your skin, so just pay attention...
proactive
I have the same problem on my nose since I was around 7, no product or wash I have tried has worked. I am also interested if anyone has some helpt
You could try steaming your face.I use Facial Spa by Conair and then use a good exfoliator like St.Ives Apricot scrub.
After I steam my face,I apply a mask and after it has dried i use an exfoliator to remove it.
If you can't get the Conair, you can heat some water in a container, remove it from the stove/microwave and place your face over the container with a towel over your head for 15 minutes.
Hope that helps.
try steaming your face evry 4 days, depening on how bad it is, argos sells a nice visiq set for cheap, or just get a bowl of hott water, then put ur face in the steam and pull a towel over your head, or put your face over a steaming pot of boiled water, but not so much that it burns you,,,,then try using bio oil, thats very good for your skin,,,,also EXFOLIATE, daily if you have oily skin, evry 3 days if you have combination/dry, and evry 7 days if u have sensitive skin, try a strong one, then try use a very liwuid moisturiser to smoothen the skin, keep this up and the blackheads will diminish slowly,,,,,,,but the steaming, exfoliating and bio-oil (from boots) really help you could try using a face mas, MUD from superdrug is really good for black heads,,,,,
garnier pure works well, aloe vera works well, neutrogena too, try pore strips biore......cleanse with warm water and face wash like garnier or neutrogena. then use biore strips followed by 95%+ aloe vera gel or moisturiser...good luck for more info on acne, blackheads, pimples ect. email Daywanderer69er@yahoo.com.
you need a clay facial mask purchased from your local store. Have you tried clearisil? a great cheap facial mask is Milk of Magnesia!! Trust me, you coat it on your face and let it completely dry before rinsing off, your skin will feel like porcelain!! Another great tip is after you wash your face always splash very cold water on to close your pores to prevent more blackheads from appearing. Your now on the road to clearer skin!!!
btw, NO PROACTIV. IT SUCKS!
Step 1 - Cleanse the face thoroughly with a good cleanser meant for oily skin. Preferrably use a salicylic acid cleanser.
Step 2 - Apply an astringent like witch hazel. It helps reduce oiliness. If its a bit harsh mix a bit of rose water in it.
Step 3 - Apply a good quality medicated cream or gel containing resorcinol, salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. This helps is soaking the oil and helps in peeling away the blackheads. You can get creams or gels of Benzoyl Peroxide treating blackheads If benzoyl peroxide leaves your skin dry, apply an oil-free moisturizer after 10 mins of applying benzoyl peroxide.
Following this routine, in a matter of days you will be getting rid of blackheads.
Effective Tips to get rid of blackheads
鈥xfoliate the blackhead prone area 3-4 times a week using facial exfoliators and scrubs.
鈥se creams containing AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Fruit acids) like glyco-creams that will clear away any dead skin cells and ';expose'; the blackhead. Use the AHA's every 3 days or so.
鈥void washing the face with soaps more than twice a day. Instead wash your face often with plain water splashes.
鈥ften use a mask with a clay base.
Steam your face to soften both the skin and the material blocking the pores.
