Easy and good ways of getting rid of acne, blackheads...etc.?

I really wanna treat me acne, and blackheads or what ever you guys wanna call them. I've been ashing my face with soap and water when i get up in the morning then putting thisacne medication on it after i wash my face in the morning and i putit on right before i go to bed at night. I do shower everyday usually before i wash my face so basically i take a shower, wash my face, and use the acne medication. but i keep getting more blemishes usually on my forehend and chin.


I figured that there must be some kinda easy homemade way of treating acne and i was wondering if anyone had any. If not..what store bought medications work really well?

Drink lots and lots of water. This flushes your system from the inside. Don't drink much soda, it is loaded with sugar. Right now junk food and sugar are your enemy.





Rubbing alcohol works just as good as any of the stringent out there and it is cheap, just use a cotton ball to apply it.

I'm not sure of your age, but since you are a female you have to know that during your cycle you are going break out. This is natural, because your chemicals in your body change. You have no control over this.





Also eat plenty of vegetables. This helps, and I can not tell you why. All I can say is I know it is good for you and it really helps keep your skin clean.

Go to the doctor and get a prescription. If you're a girl you can get a birth-control type hormone acne treatment. They work extremely well, and it's not worth it to not make the effort.
Leave them alone and let the toxins out of the body.
ooo...i use this stuffs that this demortologist gave me...and it works... but i forget what its called so ill tell u when i get back home...but u can buy it in wal-mart!...and its netrogena and its in a blue bottle!

ok ok now i remember...its netrogena fresh foaming clenser...actaully i didn't remember i went and looked...
I use Clean %26amp; Clear Blackhead Scrub, and I havn't had a breakout since I start using it.I use it twice a day.
when you wash your face use a good facial wash for acne (noxzema is good) but also use the hottest water you can stand, this opens the pores. then when you go to rinse, use the coldest water because this will close the pores. hope that helps.
