A good exfoliating scrub should help. It is usually very hard to get rid of them unfortunately, but you can help by having a weekly facial mask. Also use a blackhead clearing gel to stop them getting any worse and more noticeable.

have a product that have little granules that can get into those pores to scrub those suckers out.. they wont ever go away.. you just gotta clean them everyday to prevent them from building up and becoming black and noticeable.
They actually make a blackhead remover and they sell it at the pharmacy. Wash your face with Noxema at night before bed and try some Stridex Pads.
